St. 1927, ? 10042(7), for the publication of a false or grossly inaccurate report of proceedings in the municipal court in Minneapolis, a writ of prohibition will not be granted upon the contention that the criminal complaint does not charge a public offense for the reason that the alleged contemptuous publication related to matters which had been finally determined by the court, since the municipal court of Minneapolis had jurisdiction of defendants person and of the offense which was attempted to be charged and of the determination of whether or not the complaint stated a public offense.
