AFFIRMED. [¶1] Andrew Thomas Jager appeals from a criminal judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia. Jager argues the district court abused its discretion in denying his motion in limine to prohibit on relevancy grounds the admission of certain prosecution testimony at trial. We conclude the district court did not abuse its discretion, and we summarily affirm the judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
